Onity’s Passport self-storage locking solution integrates with Tenant, Inc’s SaaS storage property management platform

Onity, a global leader in electronic access solutions and mobile credentialing and a Honeywell brand, announces new product integrations for its Passport™ Locking Solution with Tenant, Inc., a leading SaaS property management software (PMS) provider for the self-storage industry. This partnership will advance the seamless accessibility and administration of Onity Passport smart locks to more storage facilities via the Tenant, Inc. integration, elevating operations and the tenant experience.

Tenant, Inc., is a vertical SaaS technology platform that offers a complete ecosystem custom-tailored to the self-storage industry, with features designed to help self-storage operators significantly streamline their business processes and gain valuable data insights. This integration enables self-storage properties using Tenant’s PMS to issue mobile credentials to their tenants accessing Passport smart locks. As part of the Passport solution, Onity’s DirectKey™ mobile credentialing technology converts a tenant's smartphone into a digital key, allowing them to unlock their storage unit with a quick tap on a mobile app. Eliminating the need for physical keys, codes, or combinations streamlines the tenant onboarding process, providing them with enhanced convenience and confidence in the accessibility and security of their belongings. Tenant, Inc.’s modern, open API architecture allows for seamless onboarding and synchronization of information.
